The app will take a photo of the person who is trying to access your phone with the wrong PIN, Pattern, or Password. You can then use the photo to identify the person and capture them in the act. The photo will be taken at the exact moment that the person tries to access your phone. You can also set a password to prevent others from taking a photo of you.
